Breaded Chicken Strips recipe (Low Carb - Induction Friendly)

This is a delicious Atkins friendly recipe that can be enjoyed at all phases. There's no special expensive ingredients. No complicated recipe and you'll satisfy that craving in no time.

Ingredients:

Chicken breast cut into strips (or as you like)
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
1 Egg
1 tsp Water
Paprika or Cayenne powder (optional)
Seasoning (optional)
Extra Virgin Olive Oil Crushed pork rinds or Flax meal (optional)

Directions:

Cut chicken into strips and season. Marinate for 20 - 30 mins if you have the time. (I almost always season/marinate chicken overnight)

Heat oil to medium.

Beat egg in a bowl with water.

Place grated Parmesan in another bowl.

Dip chicken into egg, then coat fully with Parmesan or crushed pork rinds or flax meal.

(I always use either the cheese on its own or with flax meal. I don't use Pork rind since I'm not a pork eater but you certainly can)

TIP: Place it onto a plate until you are ready to do one batch so they all cook evenly. Turn once and take out once chicken is golden brown.

These are absolutely delicious and best of all it's induction friendly! Enjoy with a salad or a few celery sticks with some Blue cheese or Ranch dressing.Enjoy =)
